The Bill (Reg. No.2609) introduces amendments to Articles 107 and 238 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements that enhance State regulation of legal relations concerning institution of administrative proceedings for violation of animal quarantine and other veterinary-sanitary rules.
